Beth Tice

Beth has worked in the corporate and non-profit sectors for over 30 years, building a reputation for creating strong teams while implementing values driven cultures.   Her passion has always been to make a difference in the lives of others, by empowering them with the skills and confidence to become their best selves.

Throughout her career, Beth has held many HR positions with various companies and most recently COO of a non-profit.  Beth has successfully leveraged her transformational mindset to elevate human resources in organizations.  This included identifying and implementing formal programs and policies to energize and stabilize these growing companies, while successfully creating a culture that included employee and community engagement.    

Beth holds a BS in accounting from Lebanon Valley College, and a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University.

Beth is active in the community, serving on Boards, volunteering, and mentoring.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and reading many books.


Ed Donnelly

Ed has 30 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Ed has successfully started HR departments from the ground up and has been instrumental with getting HR involved at the strategic level in companies. He has developed innovative sourcing, screening, interviewing, and testing procedures while staffing openings at all levels of the organization. He has managed the full employment cycle in organizations from start-up to over 600 people. His goal has always been to do what is right for the employees involved while also keeping the company’s best interests in mind.

Ed’s strengths include excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to interact with colleagues and associates at all levels. He has a passion for patiently mentoring and developing young managers by using a practical approach and coaching them on how to handle real life situations. He uses this same common-sense approach when working with management staff to resolve employee issues. 

Ed has a BS degree in Business Administration from West Chester University, which he obtained while working full time. He also has previously started and run his own HR consulting company.

Ed spends his free time with his family and two wonderful grandchildren and competes in bass fishing tournaments all over the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. He’s also a passionate fan of the Phillies and Eagles!


Kelly Brandewie

Kelly has worked in human resources for over 6 years, having developed her career in talent acquisition and most recently serving as an HR Generalist. She is passionate about identifying the heart of an issue, finding creative solutions, and nurturing authenticity in any environment.

Kelly has built trusting relationships at all levels of an organization with her adaptive communication style, active listening skills, and commitment to furthering strategic goals without overlooking the individual. She has excelled at growing employee development programs, reviewing and refining policies and procedures, and providing managers with tools to perform at their best.

Kelly holds her SHRM-CP and is a member of the HRP of CPA, though you may also see her at events with other local SHRM chapters and professional organizations. She earned a B.A. at Dickinson College and an A.A. at Howard Community College in the James W. Rouse Scholars Program.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, exploring outdoors with her dogs, and climbing at central Pennsylvania’s many boulder fields. 


Melissa Renninger

Melissa has worked in Human Resources in corporate America for 18 years. She jokes with colleagues that if she could write a book about the experiences she has had, it would leave you in shock. She has seen it all.  

Melissa is also the owner of Painted Porch HR, where she creates a future of work where human resources is seen by employees and managers as a partner in helping them to be the best version of themselves.  She has been labeled by team members as not the typical HR.  She wears that statement as a badge of honor.  

Melissa currently lives in Red Lion PA with her husband and their four-legged kids (2 dogs, 1 cat). Her family is mostly located on the other side of the state and Illinois, of which she has 3 handsomely adorable nephews that make her heart full. She grew up playing soccer and loves any and all team sports. She still plays soccer to this day. Otherwise you can catch Melissa walking their dogs (Rook & Riley), gardening, watching too much HGTV or DIY videos, or working on the seemingly never-ending house projects. 

Karen Snyder

Karen has spent her career in Human Resources and is well versed in leadership development and organizational design. She has been described as genuine and authentic and takes pride in helping others find solutions to their most difficult challenges.

Karen has been an executive in human resources for over 20 years and is currently a Senior HR Consultant. She has worked in a wide array of industries including defense. manufacturing, entertainment, and education. She has both international and domestic experience and has expertise in all facets of HR. Karen has spent many years developing her skills to integrate HR into the business in order to be a true business partner and agent of change.

She has worked with all levels of the organization and has designed and developed very effective leaders and leadership teams. She has developed and presented leadership training in several countries and integrated three businesses globally. Karen has spent several years in Talent Management and is experienced in selection and development assessments, team building programs, and organizational and individual succession and development strategies.  She is well versed in DE&I programs, coaching, and mentoring.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Albright College as well as professional certifications including SPHR, and SHRM-SCP. She is a CTI trained Executive Coach, and serves in several non-profit capacities for LSHRM, Thaddeus Stevens College, Lancaster Chamber and Junior Achievement.
