HR Professionals need someone in their corner for professional development, for learning, and for support. Choose this opportunity to invest in yourself.

What’s Included

Coaching

  • Nine (9) one-on-one coaching sessions, held via Zoom or in-person with Leslie Wireback, Coach.

  • Additionally, an Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment and Report as well as the Five Behaviors Personal Development Assessment and Report are included.

  • A 60-minute debrief session will be held after completing the assessments and to set goals.

Education

Six (6) educational sessions will be hosted at The Candy Factory every other month from 3:00 - 4:30 pm.

Topics will be related specifically to human resources, whether as HR topics, or professional development for the HR professional.

Connection

Six (6) networking opportunity sessions will be hosted every other month and include HR Club Alumni. Additionally, a private LinkedIn Group will be hosted for connection anytime. The HR Club is a confidential space for meaningful and supportive connection.

Early Enrollment Special - $2,650 per participant if signed up by 12/29/23. Regular Price: $2,900 Payment plans are available.

Confidentiality

HR Club is a confidential space. All participants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that open sharing is kept safe. This increases opportunity for learning from real situations, and also in creating a safe, open, and welcoming space for all.
